As the CEO of Effingham College & Career Academy, I take great pride in the family-centered atmosphere and the unwavering passion our teachers have to support all students that come through our doors. I've been in education since 2001 and am a proud graduate of the University of Georgia with graduate degrees from Walden University and Georgia Southern University. Before joining the Effingham County School District, I served as an Assistant Principal at Screven County High School, CTAE Director of Screven County Schools, and an Agriculture Education Instructor.
I have been fortunate to acquire extensive experience in the field over the past 21 years in Education, specifically Workforce Development, Career Technical and Agriculture Education. I also serve as the Effingham County CTAE District Director and Director of Honey Ridge Agricenter. I worked diligently to increase Effingham County's student participation in CTAE pathways, dual enrollment and work-based learning. We at ECCA will continue to work earnestly with our students to ensure their continued success and prepare them to become integral parts of our future workforce.
