    All adults that wish to attend school functions are required to complete Mandated Reporter training. School functions include events such as field trips, classroom parties, Fun Run, Field Day, etc. 
    Please click the link below to complete the short online training. 
    Be sure to enter your email address to receive your training confirmation. You will forward that email to your child's teacher. 
    This includes grandparents or any adult that wishes to attend a school function.
    How to Access:

    Logging In

    • Your email address will become your username.

    • You will create your own password.

    • You should remember your username and password.

    • The Effingham County Keyword is  Assessment    *** This keyword is case sensitive***

    Completing Modules

    • Once you are in your Dashboard, the modules are listed on the right.

    • Click on the module you’d like to complete and work your way through the module.

    • Input your personal information at the end of the module and click “submit.”

    • You will then find yourself back in your Dashboard, where you will see the modules you have completed on the left side of the page.

    • Select the next module you wish to complete on the right side of the page and follow the same process until you have completed all the required modules


    Logout of your Dashboard

    • Click on your name at the top of the page and click on “logout.”

    Important Notes

    • Once you begin a module, you must complete it in order to create your record of completion for that module.

    • You cannot start, stop, and go back into the module where you left off at another time.

    • You can log in and out of your Dashboard as often as you’d like to take new modules and to see or print a list of the modules you have completed.

    • You only need to register the first time you log into ComplianceDirector.org. After you have registered your account in the program, you will input your username and password to log-in thereafter.

    This system produces an electronic record (email) for each module which acknowledges compliance and understanding.  Completion of this training module is pursuant to Mandated Reporters - O.C.G.A. §19-7-5 (2015).

    • Volunteers and Substitutes must print and turn in the Mandated Reporter confirmation email before they participate in school volunteer/substitute work.  This is pursuant to Mandated Reporters - O.C.G.A. §19-7-5 (2015).

    • Employees must also sign an acknowledgement page in the main office with the secretary indicating the completion of these modules.

  • SES Chromebook Request Form

    Students in Kindergarten - 5th grade will be required to have a Chromebook or laptop again this school year. Students may bring personal devices or check out a Chromebook from school. Parents are asked to complete the SES Chromebook Request form (https://forms.gle/Jz7nrg6nYoMVBYTi8) to let us know if your child will bring a personal device or need a school-issued device. Devices will be carried to and from school daily.
