                              School Information

    All visitors to the campus must report to the Front Office

           before visiting other parts of school. 

     A picture ID will be required to  sign out a student. 

       you must be on the pickup list or parent must send a note

        to sign out the student.

     Transportation changes are not to be made after 3:00

           12:00 on  1/2 days

     Students cannot be signed out after 3:30.

           12:15 on 1/2 days

     The late bell rings at 8:20 in the morning.  Parents must sign in students not in the building at this time

    If your student is riding the bus home with another student you must include

    the bus route and address of the student they are riding with

    The mission statement of the Effingham County Schools and South Effingham Middle School is to provide rigorous and relevant instruction in a safe environment to enable all students to obtain a high school diploma as a foundation for post-secondary success.
    The vision of Effingham County and SEMS is to equip students to compete in our global society as evidenced by ranking in the top 15% of districts in the state of Georgia
