Peachjar is our a platform for sending important district-approved & school-approved flyers directly to your inbox. This means no more lost permission slips, overflowing backpacks, or missed deadlines!

Flyer Distribution Checklist

ECSD District Policy KJ
- Adhere to Effingham County School District Policy KJ: Advertising in the Schools
School or District Branding - including Official Name & Logo (use brand kits provided in Canva & Adobe Express)
- Add your school’s official school logo
- AND add the club/organization logo (if applicable)
Information/Details
- Provide all the Who, What, When, Where, Why, How, etc.
  - Flyer Title
  - Date & Time
  - Point of contact + email address
  - Web address for sign-up or more information
    - double-check the URL
    - use Consolas or courier font
    - if QR code used, scan it to sure it works
ADA Compliant
- Verify the content in the text version of your flyer to help blind or visually impaired recipients
Grammer & Speel Chek
- When no good english is used it looks bad
Format & Size
- PDF file format
- 8.5" x 11" portrait orientation
- 12 pt minimum font size
- < 50 MB in file size
- 1 - 4 pages

ECSD Employee FAQs

Question: I created my flyer and verified my info, now what?

Answer: If you are not an uploader, email a PDF of your flyer to your school's Peachjar uploader. You will need to supply them with the following information:

Distribution start & end dates
Requested flyerboards
- only your school?
- to specific school(s)?
Call-to-Action (CTA) Link(s)
Plain text version to be used for screen readers (ADA)

Question: When are flyers emailed?

Answer:

Tues & Thurs between 2pm - 3pm
For a flyer posted for a month or less, will be emailed weekly.
Flyers posted longer than one month will be emailed monthly.

Question: How can someone become an uploader?

Answer: Contact your school’s administration and/or your school's Peachjar Admin/Approvers.

Outside Organizations

Question: Can schools upload PTO/Booster flyers?

Answer: Yes. Flyers can be uploaded by the school or the booster/PTO can request to have a Volunteer Uploader

Question: Can PTO/Boosters be an uploader?

Answer: Yes. Please contact your school's Peachjar Approvers to request to be a volunteer uploader.

Question: As an ECSD employee, can I upload a flyer for a business or organization?

Answer: No. Organizations must set up their own Peachjar accounts and upload their flyer for approval. Approvals are made at the district level.
