    The Effingham County School Nutrition Program extends an invitation to bid on the purchase and delivery of paper and chemical supplies for the upcoming 2017-18 school year. The items listed in the bid specifications will be awarded based on bottom line cost. All prices should include built-in delivery fees. The winning vendor will be notified with a letter of intent to award with the final award notification being submitted no later than June 2, 2017.

    All bids must be received by Wednesday May 3, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.

  • High School Tracks

    The Effingham County Board of Education will be receiving bids for replacement of athletic tracks at Effingham County and South Effingham High Schools. Bid opening date is Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Effingham County Schools Administration Building at:

    405 North Ash Street
    Springfield, GA 31329

    An open pre-bid meeting will be on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Effingham County Schools Administration Building.  Tours of both project sites will follow after conclusion of the pre-bid meeting.

    The Project consists of replacement of the existing asphalt track at each high school with new synthetic track surfacing.

    The Effingham County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Lowest bid may not prevail.  Award of the bid will be based on the bid prices, references, past performance of bidder with projects of comparable scope, complexity and time constraints.
