Our strength is in our determination, and our skill is honed through our commitment
to hard work. Roger Staubach said,"Confidence doesn't come out of nowhere.
It is the result of something...hours and days and weeks and years of constant work
and dedication." Our students, coaches, staff, and parents possess the confidence
that comes from such work and dedication.
On the field of competition, we will demonstrate sportsmanship. We will honor the game,
for it is through the game we show our enthusiasm for life. Tom Landry told
his players, "First become a winner in life. Then it's easier to become a winner on the field."
He also believed that "The quality of a man's life is in direct proportion
to his commitment to excellence."
