2016-2017 STUDENT SCHEDULES
Students: You will be able to access your 16/17 schedule via Student Portal and Parent Portal on Thursday, July 28th at 6:00 pm. If you do not have a portal account, please see Ms. Kay Powell at email@example.com she will help you set up an account.
Students requesting a schedule change must complete a Drop/Add form which can be accessed on the portal or on the counselors' web site (must be emailed or hand delivered to a counselor). As a reminder, requested schedule changes will be honored for true errors; for example, when a required class for graduation is not on the student’s schedule, when a student has already received credit for a class on the schedule, etc. Approved reasons for schedule changes are on the Drop/Add form. Counselors cannot change schedules to accommodate specific teacher or specific class period requests. To ensure counselors have time to review each drop/add request, students may only submit one drop/add form during the drop/add time frame. The last day to submit a drop/add form will be Friday, August 5th at 4:00 pm.
