  • 2011-12 EES Special Education Teacher of the Year- Mrs. Debbie Snooks
    Mrs. Debbie Snooks teaches Pre-School Intervention at EES. She is a veteran teacher having taught in both the regular and special education setting. Currently she readies boys and girls to participate in Pre-School and Kindergarten curriculums. Mrs. Snooks is a valued member of EES and very deserving. Congratulations Mrs. Snooks!

  • 2011-12 EES Paraprofessional of the Year
    Congratulations to Patsy McBryde for being chosen the 2011-12 EES Paraprofessional of the Year! Mrs. McBryde, better known as "Ms. Patsy", can be found nurturing kindergarteners during the day and transporting children home after school. She is known for her quiet patience and experience. Mrs. McBryde serves 2 vital roles at EES. We are proud to have her represent us!

  • 2011-12 Teacher of the Year at EES is Mrs. Kaye Lamb, 4th Grade.
    We are proud to have master teacher Kaye Lamb represent Ebenezer Elementary School as Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Lamb was selected by her peers as our representative.

Welcome all students and parents to an exciting year of learning, achievement, and success!
 
We are pleased to report that EES made Adequate Yearly Progress in 2010-11. Congratulations students, parents, and teachers!
 
We welcome several new staff members to EES. Special Education Resource- Mrs. Brandi Kieffer, 5th Grade teachers- Mrs. Kim Butler and Mrs. Renee Clark, Lunchroom Assistant Manager- Ms. Kim Dorr, Interventionist- Ms. Lisa Wilson and Nurse- Mrs. Denise LaFlamme.

A note from our Principal
“The wild hogs ate our lunch” is a remembrance from a former student of the Ebenezer Elementary One Room School that is located on site. It serves the school and community as a Living History project. Ebenezer Alive students frequently tour it and enjoy the remembrances of past students. The school’s last teacher, Mrs. Lorene Rountree, taught in it during the 1940’s, and current students enjoy a yearly “Grandparents Tea” there. Read more
